Star Bulk Acquires more Vessels
Star Bulk Carriers Corporation, the main principal of StarOcean Manning Philippines, Inc., continues its expansion with the recent acquisition of seven (7) operating dry bulk vessels from E.R. This acquisition is in addition to the purchase of sixteen (16) dry bulk vessels from Augustea Atlantica SpA and York Capital Management in August 2018. Sometime in June 2018, the company also acquired three (3) dry bulk carriers from Oceanbulk Container Carriers LLC and fifteen (15) operating vessels from Songa Bulk ASA.
