Our training programs are developed and regularly reviewed based on regulatory requirements, industry standards, operational experience, identified training needs, and the specific requirements of our Principals.
Training may include technical and operational subjects, safety and quality awareness, regulatory requirements, environmental protection, security awareness, leadership and human factors, incident prevention, and other areas relevant to safe and efficient vessel operations.
Our in-house training facilities, complemented by computer-based training (CBT), allow us to provide focused and customized learning programs for different ranks and vessel requirements.
We also place strong emphasis on career development and promotion readiness, providing targeted training to help qualified seafarers strengthen their competencies and prepare for greater responsibilities onboard.
