This course is designed to increase awareness on the comprehensive rights and protection at work for the world's more than 1.2 million seafarers, in order to achieve both decent work for seafarers and secure economic interests in fair competition for quality ship owners.This course utilized the published materials by the International Labour, Maritime Labour Convention, 2006. Other sources of relevant materials are those of Compliance Booklet – Marshall Islands Flagged Vessels.
